The boardten club markets
What builds the score
ours · ready Tuesday
Five validated inputs, cross-checked across models so no single engine's confident guess sets the number: rivalry and derby flags, table position and playoff maths, star storylines, club momentum, and local narrative from live social listening. Drama stops being a theme and becomes a merchandising signal.

Photography slots are sized and captioned, not filled. We will not mock a Walmart shelf or an MLS matchday with invented imagery. Licensed assets drop straight into these wells.

Walmart.com and Marketplace
added at Walmart's request
Walmart asked us to count the website as well as the shop shelf: visits, how many turn into a sale, and how much sells. So it sits beside the shelf, not behind it. They want the whole Saturday routine, not just the merch.
What each tier proves
the forecast is never gated
Read this row first. The forecast needs nothing from Walmart. We predict the week, fire the plan and report on it from day one, with no data agreement in place.
What the locked levels add is an independent check on the sales, measuring our prediction against Walmart's own till. We are not asking for their data in order to think. We are asking for it in order to be marked.

The question
Is the forecast predicting demand?
Did we clear $200 per shelf, per shop, per week, and sell on the website too?
Did fans come back, week after week?
Measures
Drama score · how creators performed · scans and clicks · how the ads ran
Sales per shelf · units by shop group · did it stay in stock · website sales · how much of it we actually caused
Did they buy again · how many weeks they stayed active · what else went in the basket

Needs from client
Nothing at all. Runs week one, never goes dark.
Walmart switching on their Scintilla data feed and approving us to see it · a confirmed shop list and how many shelves per shop · access to their ad reporting
Walmart opening their Data Clean Room to us. It is still in testing inside Walmart, with no release date.
We will claim
An early warning we can prove right or wrong within weeks, not quarters
Their headline target, marked every month, what we predicted against what happened
Nothing yet. We are not promising this tier.
The brief asks us to measure one thing: how much sells. The plan is about building a habit. Those are two different questions, and only one of the three levels can answer anything today. We would rather show you that now than discover it in month six.
