Recovery
Seven machines and the manual work beside them.
Machine therapy and manual therapy run alongside each other on the recovery floor. One consolidates the correction, the other finds what the correction missed.
Machine therapy

SolarJet hydro massage
Heated, pressurised water jets for relaxation and recovery. It relieves muscle tension and spasm, improves circulation and supports lymphatic drainage.

AquaLieve cryo and heat recovery chair
Alternating heat and cold stimulates blood flow, reduces swelling and flushes metabolic waste while delivering oxygen and nutrients to the tissue.

HydroPulse shockwave
Acoustic waves through a water mediated system increase blood flow, promote new vessel formation and break down scar tissue and calcification while stimulating collagen. Used for chronic pain, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and joint dysfunction.

Compress RX compression
Sequential air compression promotes blood and lymphatic flow, helping flush waste, reduce fluid build-up and cut soreness and swelling.

SolaDerm red light
Red and near infrared light to raise cellular energy. It supports healing, circulation, skin tone and texture, and faster recovery.

PEMF therapy
Low frequency electromagnetic pulses interact with the body’s own electrical activity to support circulation, oxygenation and cellular communication.

Pelvic floor therapy chair
High intensity electromagnetic stimulation induces thousands of supramaximal contractions in one session, improving muscle tone, circulation and neuromuscular control. Non invasive, fully clothed, no downtime.
Manual therapy
What a machine cannot find.
Instrument assisted and hands on work, applied here for volume and consolidation rather than correction.
Clinical targeted massage
Deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and myofascial technique aimed at a specific area of pain or dysfunction.
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation
Breaks up abnormal densities such as scar tissue and reinitiates first stage healing.
Stretch therapy
Practitioner assisted movement that takes tight muscles to length and joints through full range, to reduce stiffness and restore balance.
Cupping and dry needling
The same two modalities used on the care side, applied here for recovery volume rather than correction.
