This policy explains what neonstudio collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain. In short: we collect the minimum we need to build and run your website, we never sell your data, and you can opt out of our emails at any time.

1. what we collect

When you ask for a free redesign or enter our giveaway, we collect only:

Your email address, so we can send your preview and updates.
Your website address (URL), so we can build a redesign of your current site.
Publicly available content from your existing website (text, images, contact details) used to generate your mockup.
Basic usage data, such as device type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through standard analytics and cookies to improve the service.

We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not collect payment-card details ourselves. When you choose to go live, payment is handled by a secure third-party processor.

2. how we use it

To build and send your free redesign preview and plan options.
To follow up about your preview and answer your questions.
To deliver, host, secure, and update your website once you are a customer.
To operate our referral program and credit accounts for valid referrals.
To measure and improve our marketing, site, and service.

3. email and your consent

By submitting your email through one of our forms, you are giving express consent to receive your requested redesign and related emails from neonstudio, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. We do not send automated marketing calls or text messages.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that limit their use to our instructions. These include:

Email delivery and customer-communication tools.
Website hosting, security, and backup providers.
Analytics and advertising platforms (for example, to measure ad performance).
A payment processor, if and when you choose to go live.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. how long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete or anonymize it. Customer account data is kept for the life of the account and a short period after cancellation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).

6. your rights and choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
Opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.
If you are a California or other state resident with additional privacy rights, you may exercise them by contacting us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

7. security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.

8. children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
