These terms govern your use of neonstudio's website design, hosting, and related services. By requesting a free redesign, entering our giveaway, or becoming a customer, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. what we do

neonstudio designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for local businesses. We will create a free redesign preview of your current site at your request. You are under no obligation to buy after seeing your preview.

2. free preview

The free redesign is a preview built from your publicly available website content. It is provided as-is to help you decide. We may use anonymized or branded before-and-after examples of redesigns in our marketing unless you ask us not to.

3. launch fee and plans

• A one-time launch fee applies when you choose to make your new site live. The current fee is shown at checkout.
• Ongoing service is billed on a monthly plan (for example essential, growth, or premier) at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Annual prepayment options, where offered, are billed up front.
• Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by a secure third-party processor.

4. you own your site and domain

Your website and domain are yours. There is no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep your domain and may request an export of your site content. Hosting, edits, and support end when your subscription ends.

5. referral program

Active customers may receive a unique referral link and QR code. When a business you refer becomes a paying customer, your account is credited $100 and the new customer receives $100 off their launch fee. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may not be combined beyond limits we set. We may change or end the program at any time; credits already earned will be honored.

6. edits and feedback

On a subscription, you may request content edits, which we aim to complete quickly, usually the same business day, subject to reasonable use. Every change is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Large redesigns or new features may be quoted separately.

7. acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, and to have the rights to any content you provide. We may suspend service for violations or non-payment.

8. disclaimers

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Except as required by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neonstudio's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
