No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. sponsor

The neonstudio free website giveaway (the "giveaway") is sponsored by neonstudio, Las Vegas, Nevada ("Sponsor"). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it is advertised.

2. eligibility

The giveaway is open to legally operating businesses located in the United States whose authorized representative is a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. entry period

Each entry period opens and closes on the dates posted on the giveaway page. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper. We run a recurring giveaway and select a winner on a regular basis; the current closing date and time are shown on the entry page.

4. how to enter

Visit the giveaway page and submit the entry form with a valid email address and your current business website address. Limit one entry per business per entry period. Entries that are incomplete, false, or submitted by automated means are void. By entering, you consent to receive your free redesign preview and related emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time. No purchase is necessary, and submitting an entry does not obligate you to buy anything.

5. prize

One (1) winner per entry period will receive: a complete custom website designed and built by neonstudio, plus one (1) year of hosting, security, and standard edits. Approximate retail value: $2,000 or more, depending on scope. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Everyone who enters, win or not, receives a free redesign preview of their website.

6. winner selection and notification

The winner for each period will be selected from all eligible entries received during that period and notified by email at the address provided. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, does not respond, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's business name, city, and the before-and-after of their website for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell entrant information.

9. general conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or misdirected. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
