An all-levels flow built around one chakra each class, linking intention, breath, and movement in a 103°F room.
Classical work with a contemporary flow on the reformer and tower. Springs, ropes, jumpboard, props, weights, balls, and bands. Small groups, grippy socks required.
High-intensity intervals with balls, bands, blocks, and weights. Heart rate up in fifteen minutes, then full-body strength. Room 95–103°F.
Gentle, long-held yin and restorative poses washed in the vibrations of sound-healing instruments. Room temperature, no experience needed.
Unwind in our retreat room by candlelight and fairy lights, with poses held three to five minutes on props. Deeply restorative.
