The hottest, steamiest Hot Yoga in Las Vegas

Everyone else runs heated. We run hotter. Six heated formats, from a 95°F bootcamp to a full 104°F Bikram chamber, plus non-heated restorative classes for when your body wants the other thing.

01 The heat

The room is hot for a reason

Heat is the whole point. Warm muscles move further and recover faster, the sweat carries the day's tension out with it, and the focus it demands quiets everything else. Our rooms run hot, all the way up to a full 104°F, with a level of heat for every body. Step in cold, step out clear.

04 Good to know

New to the heat?

The questions we get asked most before a first hot class.

Book a Yoga class

It depends on the class. Bikram 26 + 2 runs at a full 104°F, Super Hot Chakra Flow at 103°F, Power Hour and Power 80 between 99 and 103°F, and Hot HIIT Bootcamp between 95 and 103°F. Everyone else in town runs heated. We run hotter.

Start with Power Hour or a Heated Vinyasa Flow. They run cooler than the Bikram room, no posture is held too long, and the teacher gives options the whole way through. Rest in child's pose whenever you want, that is part of the practice.

Water, a towel, and a mat if you own one. Wear as little as you are comfortable in, you will sweat more than you expect. Come hydrated, and eat lightly a couple of hours before rather than right beforehand.

Yes. Candlelight Yin with Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra are non-heated restorative classes, and every Pilates class is unheated. Non-heated restorative and meditative classes are included in the Unlimited Yoga + Fitness membership.

Two to three classes a week is plenty to feel a difference in four to six weeks. The unlimited membership exists so you can find your own rhythm without counting.

Step in cold. Step out clear.

Your first month of unlimited Yoga and fitness is $129. Two studios, classes every day.
