The studio Las Vegas Pilates calls home

Power was the first Yoga + Pilates studio in Las Vegas, and Pilates is the heart of what we teach. Classical work on the reformer, tower, chair and Cadillac, in small groups, built to protect your body for life.

01 The apparatus

One method, four machines

Each piece loads the body a different way. Most members rotate through all of them, which is exactly how the classical work was designed to be taught.

Reformer

The sliding carriage

Springs, ropes, jumpboard and straps. Full-body strength with the spine supported, which is why it suits almost every body.

Reformer schedule

Tower

Vertical spring work

Push-through bar and leg springs from a frame above the mat. Superb for spinal articulation and opening the front of the body.

Cadillac

The full frame

The most versatile piece in the studio: trapeze, springs and supported inversions. Also the home of our Red Light Stretch class.

Cadillac schedule

Chair

Compact and honest

Small, stable and unforgiving. The fastest way to find a balance or single-leg weakness, and then fix it.

Every Pilates class is unheated · grippy socks required · small groups at both studios.
Reformer and Cadillac run on separate schedules in MindBody: reformer classes · Cadillac classes.

03 Memberships

Pilates pricing

Reformer Pilates is billed separately from Yoga because space is limited and every spot is reserved. Privates are available at both studios.

Just visiting? Drop in anytime, or find us on ClassPass, Groupon, and Mindbody. Memberships are month to month: 30 days' notice to cancel autopay, and you can pause for any stretch longer than four weeks. A $20 no-show or late cancellation fee applies to reformer Pilates and Cadillac classes only (no Yoga or bootcamp).
